About Irelynn Hukill, CLC BHT & BS

I help you overcome negative patterns, self-talk, and scarcity-thinking that is keeping you from embracing your most confident, successful, abundant self. I do it because I know lasting change happens when we’re fully supported, understood, and provided with the tools necessary to move forward with clarity and confidence, even in the face of uncertainty.

What Makes Me Unique

I am a pre-licensed social worker finishing my Master’s, with over 5 years of experience supporting youth and families through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. I’ve worked with individuals with all kinds of needs in family law systems, outpatient clinical therapy, schools, and correctional facilities.

I am a certified life coach through the Life Coach Training Institute.

I use a graceful mix of my lived experience, clinical training, and life coaching expertise to inform my coaching practice. I am passionate about empowering others to build lives that are peaceful, successful, and sustainable by helping them delve into relevant topics like emotional regulation, self-talk, values-based living, boundaries, and addressing unhealthy patterns so they can break negative cycles and build routines that actually support their well-being day-to-day, no matter what comes their way.

My Coaching Style

My coaching style is collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in both evidence-based practices and lived experience. I draw upon trauma-informed, strengths-based, mindful approaches, like DBT skills, to help you build a more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself.

I have extensive experience in teaching about emotional and nervous system regulation, navigating life transitions, and creating sustainable habits to address patterns that are not conducive to your success—whatever that may look like, so that you can move forward with confidence, purpose, and a greater sense of trust in yourself.

What Does This Look Like?

This is your space to be real with yourself about your story and your growth.

You show up as you are.
I meet you there, without judgment.

Together, we will sort through the mental clutter and make space for what actually matters to you; and if you don’t know what that is, we’ll figure it out together.

This is how we will work towards nurturing your soul—gently, intentionally, and on your own terms.
